the Pitman arm on my 2002 Chevy Silverado go out right after work. It was my only form of transportation and Ken came straight to my apartment and was able to diagnose the problem within five minutes. Got it into a shop the very next day and he had the part and everything put together in less than 48 hours. He even gave me a ride back to his shop from my work because I didn’t have a form of transportation. He was very upfront, honest and overall awesome guy to be around. His pricing was excellent and he was completely open about everything and all of the costs involved in every service that he did. I’m definitely gonna be bringing my vehicle to him for everything that I get done for now on

I'm very happy I found this shop and met Ken! This guy is my new mechanic! I'm already bringing him my other vehicles and will recommend him to anyone! He was able to diagnose the problem my car had from work done at a previous shop. He Fixed the problem with ease! I appreciated his knowledge and being able to work with me around his busy schedule. What impressed me the most was that he called the shop I had the work done at and explained to them what he had to do where they messed up and was able to prove it to them very profesionally. He was looking out for the vehicles best interest and my best interest and I really appreciate that integrity! The previous shop refunded me immediately on all labor costs. Ken saved the day and went above and beyond for me! For that I'm grateful and will highly recommend him!

I came down from Portland to purchase a car and needed someone to come check it out to ensure there weren't any issues. Ken came to the dealership to perform an inspection for a VERY reasonable price. Overall the vehicle had a clean bill of health. There were a couple very minor things Ken noticed that ultimately weren't really a big deal, but complaining about them to the dealer helped me get the car's price down a bit! Very helpful! Also knowing I wasn't purchasing a lemon gave me peace of mind, which is hard to put a price on.
